Our parking lot sweeping and cleanup service is perfect for keeping commercial office buildings looking their best, especially with the way the wind blows things around here in Colorado. Cancellation Policy

Booking Deposit: Rocky Mountain Clean Crew will collect a one-time booking deposit in the amount of $50.00 accompanying any non-subscription one-time service booked by a client. Booking deposit will be invoiced to the client and collected at the conclusion of your FREE Scrub Assessment, should one be selected and added to the cart with your one-time service, or paid online no later than 72 hours prior to your cleaning or service. Your one-time booking deposit must be paid in full and will go towards your final invoice following your cleaning or service. Your booking deposit helps minimize cancellations and disruptions to schedule. Payment Policy: If no payment is made at the time of your cleaning or service, we’ll invoice you and collect payment following your service. Following your service, you will have no later than 30 days to submit your payment in full via credit card. Late Arrival Notification: If we’re running more than 15 minutes late, we’ll notify you as soon as possible. Pre-Cleaning Prep: Please clear any unnecessary clutter from areas you want us to clean. If a room is too cluttered, we might not be able to clean it. We are not professional organizers, we’re professional cleaners. We’d be happy to discuss one-time organizing services at an hourly rate should you need that. Notice Period: Please provide a 48-hour advance notice for any booked appointment schedule changes. Cancellation Fee: $50 if cancelled within 48 hours of any booked appointment. This also applies to any no-show appointments (which we are not able to access the area for required cleaning or services.) Key / Fob / Access Security: We will keep any keys or fobs safe and unidentified for your safety and security. Alarm Systems: Please inform us about any necessary alarm settings. Weather Conditions: We prioritize our safety. In extreme weather, we’ll reschedule your cleaning. Safe Environment: We ensure a safe working environment and may document the condition of the area for quality and safety purposes.
