Scope of Cleaning Services

​Base

High Touch (Common) Area and Surface

  • Remove trash / recycling and bin liners from bins and replace liners.

  • Clean and disinfect high touch horizontal and vertical surfaces, door handles, light switches, buttons, fixtures, faux plants, vanities, mantels, and handrails.

  • Clean and sanitize shared equipment (e.g., AV equipment, copiers, remote controls, fitness equipment, vending machines, phones).

  • Clean upholstery, when applicable.​

Low Touch Surface​​

  • Spot clean high and low - hard to reach surfaces, including wall surfaces below 3 feet and above 9 feet, underneath large furniture, electrical panels, fixtures, lighting, ceiling fans, ventilation, ceiling corners, baseboards, door frames, etc.

Wall Surface

  • Spot clean and degrease wall surfaces between 3 feet and 9 feet.

Elevator

  • Clean and disinfect exterior and interior doors.

  • Clean the control panel and disinfect buttons.

  • Disinfect handrails and any high-touch surfaces.

Carpet, Matting and Hard Flooring (including Stairwell)

  • Sweep matting, hard flooring and vacuum carpets thoroughly.

  • Mop hard flooring, using disinfectant solution, where necessary.

  • Spot clean any stains or spills.

  • Shampoo and dry carpets, removing or minimizing the appearance of any visible stains.

 

Interior Window and Glass 

  • Clean interior glass surfaces, including glass partitions, glass doors, mirrors and windows.

  • Wipe down windowsills and frames.

  • Clean window treatments (blinds, curtains, drapes, etc.)

Entrance / Lobby / Waiting Area / Reception and Intake​​

  • Clean, dust and disinfect reception desks and seating areas.

  • Clean and disinfect electronics, exam tables, chairs, and medical equipment with approved disinfectant.

  • Restock supplies (gloves, paper towels, disinfectant wipes, etc.).

  • Dust surfaces, including desks, shelves, and computers.

  • Wipe down desks, keyboards, and phones with disinfectant.​

  • Clean and disinfect tables and chairs.

  • Clean any electronics, including projectors and screens.

  • Clean whiteboards and markers.

 

Restrooms / Showers / Saunas / Locker Rooms

  • Clean and disinfect countertops, faucets, sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, including seats, bowls, and handles.

  • Clean and disinfect lockers, walls, and wall partitions with disinfectant.

  • Spot tile and grout clean.

  • Clean and disinfect floor drains using enzyme cleaner.

  • Restock toilet paper, paper towels, sanitizer, soap and feminine care dispensers.

  • Scrub and clean tile and grout to remove soap scum, mold and mildew.​

 

Break Room / Kitchen / Lounge

  • Clean and disinfect tables and countertops.

  • Clean and disinfect exterior kitchen appliances (microwave, refrigerator, stove, etc.).

  • Clean and disinfect water fountains, dispensing systems.

  • Clean and disinfect exterior kitchen backsplash, sink / sink basin, hoods, cabinets and drawers.

  • Spot tile and grout clean.
